We found the LeveragedVA Program on how to hire and train a VA very informative with clear action steps.  Following the course, we immediately started looking for our VA and felt we had all the tools and preparation needed to move through the process confidentially.  After just a month, we brought on our own full-time VA.  The hire has been a homerun allowing us to increase our effectiveness and focus our time on productive activities.
