Service Offering:

The LeveragedVA Program is an online and phone-based training program and Tailored VA Finder provided by LeveragedVA, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company,(“LeveragedVA”). The program includes access to a private online community, Helping you find a VA for you to hire, weekly group coaching calls and Ongoing Support.

Accuracy and Completeness:

The program content is intended for a general audience and does not constitute specific advice tailored to individuals. The LeveragedVA program does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of program materials. Users are responsible for applying the information at their own risk.

Service Completion:

LeveragedVA may limit, suspend, or terminate a participant’s enrollment without refund for disruptive behavior, failure to follow program guidelines, or hindering the participation of instructors or other participants.

10-Day Guarantee and Second Batch Request:

In case the hired VA does not meet expectations within 10 days, resigns, or goes AWOL, LeverageVA guarantees a free “second batch” of applicants. If the Final Line-Up candidates are not suitable, a second batch will be provided free of charge. However, the sign-up is considered finalized after the second batch, with no refunds granted.

Pricing and Refund Policy:

The program costs $3,000.00 USD, with payment to be made in full based on mutually agreed-upon terms. LeveragedVA has a “No Refund” policy, and no refunds will be granted at any time or for any reason. 

Account Activity:

Usernames and passwords must not be shared with third parties. Violation of content usage policies may result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.

Website Usage:

Users are prohibited from engaging in various activities on the website, including impersonation, illegal activities, and unauthorized access. LeveragedVA may host public forums and disclaims responsibility for third-party content.

Liability Limitations:

LeveragedVA and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or program participation. This includes defamation or offensive conduct by users. LeveragedVA makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the site.

Miscellaneous:

The user agrees to arbitration in Arizona for dispute resolution. Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and class actions are not allowed. The agreement outlines guidelines and norms for collaboration between the client and LeveragedVA, emphasizing commitment to growth, resources for support, and a lifetime access commitment.

Modification:

Any modification or amendment of this Agreement must be in writing and executed by all parties.
